Job contract
We offer contracts tailored to our clients’ needs, with project durations ranging from a few days to several years. We create agreements based on customer requirements.
Work time
The workday typically starts on weekdays at 07:00 and ends at 15:30. However, shifts may occasionally begin earlier, end later, or occur on weekends. Any deviations from this schedule are always agreed upon in advance and separately.
Salary
We pay salaries in accordance with collective agreements for each position, along with bonuses tied to efficiency and customer satisfaction. Hardworking and committed employees can earn well with us.
Role and tasks
We offer construction cleaning, final cleaning, maintenance cleaning, site logistics, hauling, traffic control, logistics carpentry, social area cleaning, and helper services for construction sites. We are constantly seeking employees for these positions.
Open positions
Construction cleaning (only Finnish speaking)
- Maintenance of cleanliness in both indoor and outdoor areas of construction sites.
- You will take care of waste sorting and recycling.
- You ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the construction site.
- You work closely with other construction workers.
Logistics (Finnish speaking)
- You are responsible for the transfer of goods on the construction site as part of site logistics.
- You ensure that the pathways on the construction site are kept clear to guarantee safe access.
- It’s a plus if you have training as a load binder or if you know how to operate machinery on the construction site.
Traffic controller
- You direct traffic and ensure smooth flow near construction sites.
- You use traffic control devices and signs.
- You communicate effectively with drivers and pedestrians.
- You ensure compliance with safety regulations during traffic control.
Sales representative
- You provide cleaning and logistics services for companies.
- You visit construction sites, prepare quotes, and negotiate contracts with the site.
- You maintain customer relationships and monitor customer satisfaction.
